The probability that 1-st flip results in "head" is  0.75.


The probability that 2-nd flip results in "head" is 0.75.


The probability that 3-rd flip results in "head" is 0.75.


The probability that 4-th flip results in "tail" is 1-0.75 = 0.25.


These events are INDEPENDENT; therefore the final probability is the product


    P = 0.75*0.75*0.75*0.25 =  = 0.105469.    ANSWER
