this would be assuming independence, which is reasonable, is (100/121)^2=0.683
^ means raised to a number (the exponent)

Another look to this problem is  50:50 ---- Punx Phil  EITHER  sees his shadow  OR  does not see it.

From one side,  you can consider it as a joke;  but from other side,  it might be very deep truth.


I don't know exactly,  which of these two points is really correct :)

And think that NOBODY knows it,  in reality  (speaking seriously . . . )
