I will read the post in this way (my editing is underlined) : 

    A regular die is rolled 5 times. What is the probability of getting at least one prime number from rolling a die 5 times ?


Solution 

There are 6 possible outcomes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 an 6 of each roll.


Three outcomes (2, 3, 5) are prime numbers, the other three are not.


So, the probability DO NOT get a prime number in each roll is .


Hence, the probability DO NOT get a prime number in all 5 rolls is   =  = .


Then the probability to get at least one prime number in 5 rolls is  the COMPLEMENT to it:


    P = 1 -  = .      ANSWER
