Your data is faulty.

41 had iPad + SmartPhone
33 had iPad + Laptop
12 had all three

So, at an absolute minimum, 86 students had iPad. But your problem statement said 73 students have an iPad. Impossible for the number of students who only have an iPad to be minus 13.
