The total space of events consists of 6*6 = 36 elements, each with the probability of  .


Of these 36 events, the sub-space of elements having the minimum of two numbers as 2 is THIS set


    (2,2), (2,3), (2,4), (2,5), (2,6), (3,2) (4,2), (5,2) and (6,2),


consisting of 9 elements.


Of these 9 elements, only one element (4,2) satisfies given condition.


Therefore, the conditional probability under the question is  .
