p hat is 489/723=0.676
z=(0.676-0.69)/sqrt (0.69*0.31/723)
=-0.014/0.0172=-0.814 test statistic using 1 sample proportion
as normal approximation
np=489
np(1-p)=151.59 (variance)
sd=12.32 sqrt (V)
.69*n=498.87
so z=(489-498.87)/12.32=-0.801
