Consult a Z table such as this one. Such tables are found in the back of your textbook in the appendix section.

Using the table I linked, you will first go to the row that starts with 1.1 (scroll to the second page). Mark everything in this row. I've done so using a red box. Do the same thing for the column that has "0.03" at the top. I've used a blue box here.

The intersection of this row and column has the value 0.8708

This is the area under the standard normal bell curve that is to the left of Z = 1.13

This area also represents the probability of getting a Z value smaller than 1.13

Answer: 0.8708 (answer is approximate)
