Question 1133438: The following data represents the age of 30 lottery winners.
Given the frequency distribution for the data,
Each column (left to right) is as follows: Age, Frequency, Relative Frequency, Cumulative Relative Frequency
[20,29] 1 0.0333 0.0333
[30,39] 7 0.2333 0.2666
[40,49] 4 0.1333 0.3999
[50,59] 5 0.1667 0.5666
[60,69] 9 0.3 0.8666
[70,79] 3 0.1 0.9666
[80,89] 1 0.0333 0.9999
(a) What is the frequency of lottery winners of age between 19 and 40?

a. For between 19-40, I have to assume it is 20-39, for there is no way to do 40 alone, but the 40s can be completely excluded. There are 8.
b. 70 or older is 0.1333 or 4/30 or 13.3%
c. under 40 age relative frequency is 8/30 or 0.2666
d. is 0.4000 (there are 12 under 50 out of 30 altogether).
