In the past election, the voter turnout was 65%, in a survey 819 subjects were asked if they voted in the election, find the mean and standard and in the survey of 819 people said that they voted in the election, is the result consistent with the turnout, or is this result unlikely to occur with a turnout of 65%? Why or why not? Based on these results, does it appear that accurate voting results can be obtained by asking votes how they acted?
