50, 19, 38, 17, 22, 22, 22, 22, 19, 14, 18, 43, 29, 24, 15, 18, 20
Find 25th and 70th percentiles for these ratios.

Procedure:
Arrange the data in rank order from smallest to largest.
Then 25%(17) = 4.25.
So the 25%ile element is the value 5 from the bottom:: 20

Also 90%(17) = 15.3
So the 90%ile element is the value 16 from the bottom:: 43
