The table is a bit messy, so I cleaned it up. It should look like this (let me know if otherwise)
The key phrase is "given that the person had some college or an associate's degree". So that means that whoever we randomly pick, we know 100% that this person had some college or an associate's degree. Because of this 100% certainty, we must ignore the other data values. Only focus on the "some college or an associate's degree" row. I'll highlight it in yellow
From that highlighted row, there are 35.3 million people employed (see column 1 of that row) out of 55.7 million people total (see last column of that highlighted row).
Now we divide those two values to get which is approximate to 5 decimal places.
Rounding this to two decimal places gives the final answer of 0.63
