Odds of A:B are favorable if A > B and unfavorable if A < B.
So 3 to 2 odds and 4 to 3 odds are favorable, and 2 to 3 odds are unfavorable.
Since 2 out of 3 are favorable, the probability of a favorable review is 2/3.
