Here are all possible rolls:  Count them, there are 36

(1,1) (1,2) (1,3) (1,4) (1,5) (1,6)

(2,1) (2,2) (2,3) (2,4) (2,5) (2,6)

(3,1) (3,2) (3,3) (3,4) (3,5) (3,6) 

(4,1) (4,2) (4,3) (4,4) (4,5) (4,6) 

(5,1) (5,2) (5,3) (5,4) (5,5) (5,6)

(6,1) (6,2) (6,3) (6,4) (6,5) (6,6)


Find the probability of getting the following.
2) a sum of 6 or 7 or 8
I'll color those red:
