The ball will reach its maximum height at t=-b/2a, where b is the initial velocity(120), and a is the acceleration (-16a). In this case, -b/2a=-120/-32=3.75 seconds before the ball reaches its maximum height. Then:
-16(3.75²)+120(3.75)+200=425 ft is the ball's maximum height.
