I am stuck on C
c) If there are no calls in the first 15 minutes find the probability there are calls in the next 15 minutes. State any assumptions.
(I think I use poisson but I don't know how)

For part (c), the probability is the same as part (a) because poisson processes (assumption) are memoryless, i.e. what happened historically does not affect the subsequent probabilities.
