There are face cards which are
J, Q, and K of the 4 suits
Then, avoiding counting twice, Ace through ten
of diamonds, cards
The probabiity is 11/26

We need to count which are the working cards.
The face cards are = 3×4= 12 (but that includes 3 diamond cards)
The diamond card are 52/4 = 13 (but that includes 3 faced cards).
Working cards are= 12 + 13 - 3 = 22. We subtract the 3 cards that are both diamond and face card to be considered only one time.
P() = working cards/total cards = 22/52 = 11/26.
