By double you mean two of the same values on the die faces.
Given it was a six means that both faces were 3.
Look at the possible outcomes that sum to 6.
1,5
2,4
3,3
4,2
5,1
There are 5 possible outcomes for a 6.
One of them is the double.

Probability of a 6 is 5/36
(1-5,2-4,3-3,4-2,5-1)
probability of a double given a 6 is 1/5. ANSWER
probability of given a double get a 6 is 1/6, because each number can be a double.
