There are initially 12 face cards in the deck.
We are interested in the case that we draw 4 consecutive face cards on a draw of 4 cards. That means the first one has a probability of 12/52 of being drawn, that would leave 11 face cards among the remaining 51 cards, etc. Similar logic applies to the remaining draws.

P(4 face cards drawn) = (12/52)*(11/51)*(10/50)*(9/49)
which reduces to (3/13)*(11/51)*(1/5)*(9/49) = 297 / 162435 =
