how many different groups of 2000 people each could be formed from 2003 people?
===========
Pick 3 people to leave out.
---
---> 2003*2002*2001
------
But, picking A, B & C is the same as B, C & A --> 3*2*1 = 6
-----------
Groups = 2003*2002*2001/6
= 1337337001
