Question 1075930: Please help solve the following problem:
Given that Z is a standard normal variable, the variance of Z
a) Is always greater than 2.0
b) Is always greater than 1.0
c) is always equal to 1.0
d) Is always equal to zero
e) cannot be calculated

the z-score is a standardized normal distribution.

the mean is always 0.
the standard deviation is always 1.

since the variance is equal to the standard deviation squared, then the variance is always equal to 1 as well.
