In a normal distribution anything 2.72 standard deviations(z-score) above Q3 or below Q1 are outliers.

Note that Q1 is -0.68 from the mean and Q3 is +0.68 from the mean

Another way to state this is anything 3.4 standard deviations above or below the mean is an outlier
