Question 1045959: I have to create and write an example about a specific population. For letter a, I have created a population with the numbers 18,19,13,14,15,16. Mean of 15.83 and a population standard deviation of 2.12. For letter b I chose 18,19,14 for the sample and a mean of 17 with a standard deviation of 2.65. I have no idea how to figure out the rest.

a. What are the mean, standard deviation, and shape of the population ?
b. What are the mean, standard deviation, and shape of the sample?
c. What are the mean, standard error, and shape of the sampling distribution of the sample mean?
d. Is it possible for the shapes of these 3 distribution to be different? Show an example where this maybe true.

are you required to have a certain sample size? If not, then given your sample size of 3 elements, you would have to use the student t-distribution
