Consider all whole numbers from 1 to 2,400. How many numbers from 1 to 2,400 are divisible by 2 but not by 3?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.  The number of even integers between 1 and 2400 (inclusively) is  = 1200.
2.  Every third of these 1200 even numbers is divisible by 3.
    So, 400 of the 1200 even numbers are divisible by 3.
3.  So we need to distract 400 from 1200 to get the answer.
Answer. 800 numbers.
