The 95% confidence interval itself is+/- t(df=7,0.975)+/-0.15/sqrt(8)
That is +/-2.365/(sqrt)8/0.15=+/-2.365*0.15/sqrt (8)=0.126
That is on either side of the mean of 10.3, so it is (10.174,10.426). This is closest to D.
