since order is important, you would use the permuation formula.

since each division will have 3 winners each, then the total possible number of winners will be the number of winners in the senior division times the number of winners in the rookie division.

the number of possible sets of winners in the senior division is 35P3.

the number of possible sets of winners in the roodie division is 20P3.

the total number of possible sets of winners from both divisions would be 35P3 * 20P3.
