Ho: A jar contains >= 32 ounces.
Ha: A jar contains < 32 ounces
alpha is the probability of rejecting Ho given that Ho is true. That means we say the company is cheating when it isn't.
A Type II error is accepting a null hypothesis which is false. That means we say the company is fine when they are cheating.
