IQ scores of professional athletes:
Sample size n = 20
Mean x bar = 103
Standard deviation s = 15
When I did it myself the figures I got were 96.43<μ<109.57 but it's telling me this is incorrect and I don't know where i'm going wrong.

You're using z when perhaps they want you to use t instead. If you do that, you'll have this confidence interval 95.98 < mu < 110.02

Another thought: maybe they want you to round to more decimal places?
