Factoring using the AC method (Factor by Grouping)


Here is another way to factor quadratics. This solver will show you how to factor any quadratic by grouping.


Enter integer (whole number) coefficients of the quadratic in the form ax^2+bx+c where c must not equal zero. For instance, to factor the quadratic 2x^2+8x+6, let a=2, b=8, and c=6.
