My final answer is always 192000000000000000000/18000000000=10666666666.666666666666666666667. This is the only problem in this section of my material that I cannot come up with. Please help me!!

I can get as far as
a = 12
b = 19
c = 4
mn = 48
m + n = 19
then I get a bit lost.
