 Question 557408: When adding two rational expressions with a variable in the denominator do I double the variable Like 13/33r + 11/9r I added the numerators and the denominators and came up with 24/42r which simplifies down to 4/7r Now do I make the variable r, r^2 so that the answer is 4/7r^2 Also let me know if I did this problem right?
