YOU NEED TO FIND ALL FACTOE OF 8 & -6 THAT WHEN MULTIPLIED TOGETHER & THEN ADDED =-47.
FACTORS OF 8 ARE:
1&8,-1&-8,2&4,-2&-4
FACTORES OF -6 ARE:
1&-6,-1&6,-2&3,2&-3
TRY 8*1+1*-6=8-6=2 NOT A GOOD CHOICE BECAUSE WE NEED -47
TRY 8*-6+1*+1=-48+1=-47 LOOKS LIKE A WINNER!!!
(8X+1)(X-6)=0
8X+1=0
8X=-1
X=-1/8 ANSWER.
X-6=0
X=6 ANSWER.
