If the powers are in the descending order we can say that the polynomial is in the descending order.
...here the degree of the polynomial form is as it is the highest degree of the monomial terms in it, so the term comes first, next is the first lower degree , then the constant term (if any power is missing in between then the next smaller exponential term is considered)
=>in the descending order
