12w^2 + 19w + 4
I can get as far as
a = 12
b = 19
c = 4
mn = 48
m + n = 19
then I get a bit lost.

THE FACTORS OF 12 ARE 1&12,2&6,3&4
THE FACTORS OF 4 ARE 1&4,2&2
NOW FIND A SET OF FACTORS THAT WHEN MULTIPLIED TOGETHER & THEN ADDEDWILL=19.
1*2+12*2=2+24=26 NOT A GOOD CHOICE.
2*6+2*2=12+4=16 NOT A GOOD CHOICE
3*1+4*4=3+16=19 LOOKS LIKE A WINNER.
SO THE MIDDLE TERMS ARE:
(4W+1)(3W+4)
