: I am supposed to factor each expression.
for a^2(b - c) - 16b^2(b - c) could you tell me if I have this correct?
(ab-ac)^2 - (16b-16c)2.
The first section of the expression looks funny and I am beginning to think this is not even correct. Thanks for your help.

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
a^2(b - c) - 16b^2(b - c)
= (b-c)(a^2-16b^2)
= (b-c)(a-4b)(a+4b)
