Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
[(P^-5)^-9(P^-6)^4] / [(P^-8)^0(P^4)^-5]
Simplify numerator and denominator to get:
= [P^45 - 9P^(-24)] / [1*P^-20]
Factor the numerator; simplify the denominator to get:
= [P^(-24)(P^66 -9)] / [P^-20}
= [(P^66 - 9)]/ P^4
