your equation is 3x^2 - 5x = m
subtract m from both sides of the equation to get:
3x^2 - 5x - m = 0
the equation is now in standard form of ax^2 + bx + c = 0

replace x with 0 and the equation becomes:
3*0^2 - 5*0 - m = 0
