The lcd = (2x)(3x-2)
-------------------------
Write each term with the lcd as its denominator:
[6(2x)/lcd + 3(3x-2)/lcd
Since the denominators are the same combine the numerators to get:
[12x + 9x-6]/lcd
(21x-6]/[2x(3x-2)]
