I BELIEVE YOU LEFT OUT THE ^2 ON THE -12Y.
Y^3-12Y^2+36Y NOW FACTOR OUT THE Y THUS:
Y(Y^2-12Y+36)
Y(Y-6)(Y-6) OR Y(Y-6)^2 OR ANSWER B).
