You can't have a 5th degree polynomials with these 3 roots.
Polynomials with real coefficients, if they have complex roots, must have roots that are complex conjugate pairs.
Since you already have 3 complex roots, the conjugate pairs would make another 3 roots making this a 6th degree polynomial.
