Easier to try to find all the rational zeros. Try synthetic division to check possible roots, {-1,-3,-9,1,3,9}. You could find up to five of them which will give remainder of 0.

The sum of the COEFFICIENTS of the right-side is 0. Therefore, 1 is a ZERO. 

This means that: x = 1, and therefore,  is a factor.

Use this info to find the others.
