Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
factor out GCF 4x+8
-----------
GCF means "greatest common factor"
You have an expression with two terms: 4x and 8
The GCF in these two terms is 4.
Factor out the 4 as follows:
4x+8 = 4(x+2)
