Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3/4n = 30
If the 4n is in the denominator, multiplboth sides by 4n to get:
3 = 120n
n = 3/120
n= 1/40
-----------
If your problem is really (3/4)n = 30, Multiply both sides by 4 to get:
3n= 120
n= 40
