solve this by factoring the polynomial -12x^2+x+20
----
-12x^2+16x-15x+20 = 0
------------------------
4x(-3x+4) + 5(-3x+4) = 0
----
(-3x+4)(4x+5) = 0
----------------------
x = 4/3 or x = -5/4
