express in simplest form: 6/(3x-2)+3/2x

Since the denominators are not the same you need a least common denominator:
The lcm is 2x(3x-2)
Write each fraction with the lcm as its denominator, as follows;
--------------
6(2x)/lcm +3(3x-2)/lcm
--------
The denominators are now the same so combine the numerators to get:
=[12x+9x-6]/lcm
=[21x-6]/lcm
=[3(7x-2)]/[2x(3x-2)]
