Hi,
(12x-4)(3x+6)=0
(12x-4)=0, x = 4/12 = 1/3
(3x+6)=0, x = -6/3 = -2
roots: -2, 1/3
(12x-4)(3x+6)=0 = 36x^2 + 60x - 24 = 12(3x^2 + 5x - 2)
