Question 854659: list the possible rational zeros of f(x)=4x^4-5x^2+7x-25
Answer by gateau052706(3)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I was taught that you take the factors of your last number. So possible rational numbers would be +/-1, +/-5, +/-25.
However, you have 4x^4 meaning that you are going to have 4 rational zeros so you may have one that has a multiplicity of 2.
You would use synthetic division to figure out what your actual zeros are. Make sure that you add a 0 for x^3 since you don't have one.
Let me know if you need more help than this.
