1.3*10^2=130 NOW DIVIDE THE TWO NUMBERS

AN EASIER WAY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM IS TO CONVERT THE DENOMINATOR FROM 10^2 TO
10^-2 AND PLACE IT IN THE NUMERATOR THUS WE HAVE:

4.03*10^-6/1.3
3.1*10^-6
