X/3+3/4
3X/4-3/5
------------------
(X/3)(3X/4)+(3/4)(3X/4)+(X/3)(-3/5)+(3/4)(-3/5)
3X^2/12+9X/16-3X/15-9/20 NOW FIND A COMMON DENOMINATOR SO WE CAN ADD THESE FRACTIONS THUS: WE HAVE A LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR OF 240:
(3X^2*10+9X*15-3X*16-9*12)/240
(30X^2+135X-48X-108)/240
(30X^2+87X-108)/240 NOW REDUCE BY DIVIDING BY 3:
(10X^2+29X-36)/80 THE NUMERATOR CAN ONLY BE REDUCED USING THE QUADRATIC EQUATION.
