Simplest way is to do it in pieces:
(2m+3)(2m-3)
= (2m*2m) + (3*2m) + (-3*2m) + (-3*3)
= 4m^2 +6m - 6m -9
= 4m^2 - 9
Now multiply by the third factor
(4m^2-9)(m+4)
(4m^2*m)+(4m^2+16m^2)+(-9*m)+(-9*4)
=4m^3+64m^2-9m-36
