Find the average rate of change for the function between the given values.
f(x) = 4x squared; from 0 to 7/4
--------------
f(x) = 4x^2
----
f(7/4) = 4*(7/4)^2 = 49/4
f(0) = 0
-----
Avg rate of change = (49/4 - 0)/(7/4)
= 7
